House Rules

Please read and confirm agreement when booking

We kindly ask that you read and confirm the rules below at time of booking request
· No unregistered Guests or Visitors on the property (for insurance reasons)
 
· Guest that made the reservation must be the person staying with us.
 
· SEPTIC SYSTEM: *only* toilet paper goes in toilet (no "flushable wipes" - they clog septic pipes and result will result in a $300 plumbing visit/charge)
 
· SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the property. If you are a smoker, please book elsewhere. If there is any trace of smoke odor left in the house, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fee to get rid of residual smoke odors.
 
· Parking: we can accommodate one car (the registered guest's vehicle only). 
 
· No animals or pets permitted, as we have a dog on our property and maintain this space allergen-free. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine.
 
· Hot tub is not part of our amenities and is not regularly maintained.
 
· No children & infants under 12 because our pool is not fenced.
 
· We cannot be held liable for damage to your car due to the misuse of the gate/remote. (We explain in detail how to operate it properly in our check-in information, so please refer to it there).
 
· Please no dyeing hair or heavy perfume use.
 
· Please use BLACK washcloths for makeup and anything else that will stain sheets and towels. We provide beach towels for the pool during pool season.
 
· By booking this guest house, you are agreeing to the house rules, you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay, and agree to be personally responsible for any items missing or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
 
· If any issue arises during your stay, please reach out to us as soon as possible (as per Airbnb policy) to give us the opportunity to address it. Thank you!
